Karen commenced work as a Law Graduate in a large Melbourne Accounting firm specialising in Taxation in 1987. She is a principal of the firm and has been offering accounting & taxation advice to individuals, companies and businesses for over 30 years
Karen gained her expertise at a major chartered accounting firm where she was promoted to the position of Tax Manager in the shortest time amongst her peers
During this time Karen gained her Masters of Laws
Several years at The University of Adelaide as a lecturer in accounting and tax law allowed Karen to increase her tax and accounting expertise where she was also the author of several published papers
From 1993 Karen consulted privately to small businesses and individuals until she started Personalised Tax Services in 2003
Karen is a registered Tax Agent and a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Tax Institute of Australia
